Are you ready to change your life. This is really the easiest way to get on track and start a life full of, well…life. Evolve runs five types of challenges over the course of the year: Keto, Whole30, Paleo, 21 Sugar Detox and AIP. While they may be different in their intended audience and approach, there are some similarities. The common string is Chef prepared food, medical advice from our on-staff doctor, support from our team and others that have been where you are.
Lets briefly chat about each challenge. If you have any questions when we are done or are ready to sign up now, you can skip to the bottom and fill out the form. Once you fill it out, we will call you to answer any questions or to get you signed up.
Whole30: Based on the book…This challenge is 30 days in length and allows for only whole ingredients. There are no added sweeteners in this challenge. No honey, no maple syrup, nothing sweet besides fruit (and our staff.) This challenge also excludes anything made paleo that originally wasn’t, like pancakes, tortillas and all baked goods. Cost is $28/day or $850 for the month. You must commit for the entire month, no halvesies here. This is our most popular challenge. Start days are: February 23-March 25, May 11-June 9, September 7-October 6. In order to guarantee your spot, please sign up at least 7 days prior to the start date.
21 Day Sugar Detox: This challenge is based on the book by Diane Sanfilippo. It is shorter than our traditional challenge and really concentrates on removing all the sugar. It is similar to the Whole30 challenge, but even further eliminates sugars, even fruit. Tough challenge, but we know you are a warrior. And it’s ONLY three short weeks. Cost is $550. I have read the book and it is mostly a cookbook. You can get it for about $10 on Amazon if you do want it. We offer this challenge only once in 2017; November 27-Dec17th. In order to guarantee your spot, please sign up at least 7 days prior to the start date.
Keto: Keto is basically training your body to run on fat as opposed to running on carbs. When you run on fat then you burn all that excess fat you have been carrying. On this challenge carbs will be restricted to 25 per day. There will be full fat meats (ie no boneless skinless chicken breast) limited protein and few carbs. It will take your body about 3-5 days to get into keto and it will take about 6 weeks for your body to REALLY start shedding the weight. Of course everyone is different, but this is the average. If you are looking for weight-loss, this is your challenge. You can expect to lose body fat and if you are working out, you should gain muscle. All this takes time. Therefore, this challenge is 45 days long. We will provide AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, and dinner. Then you will do intermittent fasting from dinner to AM snack. This will throw everything you know about how you are “supposed” to eat on it’s head. Get ready! You will have access to a acetone machine at each store to track your progress. Dates for this challenge are July 20-Sept 2, October 16-Nov 14 (30 day for $780).

Here is what is going to happen from here.
Step 1: You sign up using the form below.
Step 2: We will call you and square everything away. We will try to do this quickly depending on where we are in the challenge prior, rest assured we will get back with you. If you do not hear from us in a few days, feel free to give us a call.
Step 3: We will set you up with an assessment. These are REALLY important. How do you know where you’re going if you don’t know where you came from? This will give you some absolutes in your journey.
Step 4: Get signed up for the Facebook group. Make sure you give us your Facebook email address. You will get a friend request from Cave Man Sam. After you accept his friend request, we will get you into the group. This group is for support, encouragement and announcements that will happen throughout the challenge. We will also post all the menus here. Be open, be interactive, this will make your challenge bearable.
Step 5: Pick up your first set of food. Food will come twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays. Pickup is always noon-close; deliveries will vary and we will coordinate that directly between you and the store.
Step 6: Eat, workout, hit your goals! Don’t allow yourself to be tempted. Put yourself first! Do it!
