Apple Cider Braised Pork
Everyone has imaginary friends. I mean I do and so I assume everyone else does too, but imagine sitting with your friends dreaming up menu items. Well, I did and this is what we came up with. Little chunks of pork shoulder, braised in fresh apple cider, and cooked until tender, then we are going to thicken the sauce and flash it in the oven to get the top all carmeley and gooey. I hope this translate well to your oven, because it is going to be great! Served with parsnip mash.
