Asian Kale Wraps

Local farmer Andy Gravitt from Ana Mae Farms has grown us some Chinese Kale and it is absolutely delicious. Its large buttery leaves may just steal the show from the perfectly seasoned pork, bean sprouts, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, garlic and onion it is wrapped in. You won’t want to miss this.
