BBQ Brisket Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Jumbo sweet potatoes cooked to perfection, split open and stuffed with slow smoked beef brisket and topped with roasted pecans and a side of Paleo BBQ sauce. Paired with a mayo based coleslaw. Sweet and savory with a little cool slaw to make it extra delicious. These had absolute rave reviews last time. The brisket is not to be missed.
