Buffalo Chicken Tenders
We went back and forth on what to call this dish. We think that chicken fingers is a little misleading, because let’s face it, no one REEALLY wants to eat a chicken finger. They are really small and tough. These are soft and supple with a fiery end. Oh, these tenders are naked as a jaybird… and served with broccoli and grape salad.
