Carrot Raisin and Gingerbread Muffins
My Grandmother used to make these muffins (not these), but something similar. She called them “Company” muffins. Like these are the muffins you make when you have company over. When I found a muffin similar, I tweaked it to taste just like my grandmothers. They are really good for breakfast, add a little honey ghee and breakfast is served.
