Chocolate Mocha Cheesecake

Back in the day, I thought there was no way we could ever make a cheesecake. And if you could make it, it wouldn’t taste right. I was wrong on so many levels, this is amazing. It now has become a staple here. We do mini cheesecakes made from cashews. This time we are mixing things up and doing a chocolate mocha version. This is going to be great!
