Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is traditionally chicken rolled around ham and Swiss before being breaded and fried. Our paleo version will be a chicken breast stuffed with sliced ham, breaded and then baked or “oven fried” and topped with paleo Swiss. Such a classic dish demands a classic side, so it will be paired with green beans almondine, which means sautéed in butter (ghee) and garnished with toasted almonds. Voila!
