Chicken Fried Steak
Keeping with our homage to southern fried food (Friend Chicken last week) we are doing chicken fried steak. Yup. Tenderized slabs of beef, breaded and fried in coconut oil, then served with roasted cauliflower mashed potatoes and some country gravy. So much southern food, we might just get a reputation.
