Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken pot pie is about as American as baseball, Abraham Lincoln and credit cards. We like making chicken pot pie in individual sized portions that are oven-ready. We are changing it up this week to bring you a more spring-friendly version of this warm classic. Juicy dark meat chicken mixed with a paleo lemon-chicken veloute (gravy), asparagus and peas. We think this will really brighten up your day.
