Chicken Spiedini

Spiedini comes from the Italian word “spiedino” which means skewer. Chicken Spiedini is chicken breasts pounded flat, breaded, rolled, skewered and grilled or baked. We will do the same using Paleo ingredients and topped with diced tomatoes and served with garlic roasted broccoli. A great fork and knife dinner that is not to be missed.
