Chicken Strips
Campo Lindo Chicken tenderloins undergo the breading and seasoning process and get a quick fry in coconut oil and served alongside crawfish mashed sweet potatoes. We did this at one of our “Dinner with the Chef” event and it was a HUGE success. The sweet potatoes are awesome.
