Chipotle Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potato (spicy)
This is the one that started the entire series of stuffed sweet potatoes. Jumbo Sweet Potato stuffed with shredded dark chicken meat from Campo Lindo Farms, chopped kale, lemon Juice, and pepitas. Sweet, spicy, salty, umami. If this is wrong then I don’t want to be right!
