Chorizo Stuffed Pork Steak
Pork Steak is a pretty great meal, but cut it open and stuff it full of herbed tomatoes, artichokes and chorizo, and it becomes a magnificent meal. This magnificence is perched on rutabagas that have been righteously herbed as well. Topped with Romesco sauce (Roasted red pepper sauce pureed with hazelnuts and almonds)
