Curry Chicken Soup
Some may call this soup ‘Mulligatawny,’ but I just call it delicious. This is a traditional Indian curry soup that has chicken, onions, celery, and carrots all sautéed in ghee. Then, it is made with some coconut milk and chicken stock and finished with thyme. Trust me on this one, it will be good. Have I ever led you astray?
