Eggs Benedict
Hollandaise is a mother sauce, and this is the mother of all breakfasts. Eggs Benedict is two stacks of sliced tomatoes, shaved ham, one over medium egg each and hollandaise sauce on the side. This is about as good as it gets without making your own hollandaise. Easy as pie…and who doesn’t love pie?
