Green Chili Sausage

1/3 pound fresh house-made green chili sausages made with 100% chicken; split and seared served with a side of tomatillo dijon mustard and served with loads of peppers and onions and charred tomato wedge. Because the sausage has to be made prior to Thursday, we are limiting making this first-come, first-served.
