Grilled Coconut Curry Pork Meatballs
So, I first saw this recipe a few years back in a paleo cook book. I was leery, for I had never heard of grilling meatballs with mango in it. But sure enough, these are UH-MAZ-ING! Balled and GRILLED, OH LAWD!! We are serving these nuggets of heaven with a roasted acorn squash mash.
