Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichuri Sauce
Flank steak comes from the flank part of a cow. It is generally a flat steak, grilled whole and sliced against the grain. We are taking ours to a medium and spreading green chimichuri sauce on the top and pairing it Brussels sprouts with tart cherries and balsamic glaze.
