Grilled Shark

Mako Shark is the fastest swimming shark in the ocean, swimming up to 30mph. A mackerel shark is slightly sweeter than swordfish and is best cooked with just a little salt and pepper and a wedge of lemon. We are grilling it with pineapple salsa and serving it over tandoori cauliflower rice.
