Beef Stroganoff

Stroganoff is a sauce traditionally made with sour cream and originates from the colder parts of the world like Russia. Paleo sour cream will do the same thing, made with thin sliced beef on top of mung bean noodles. This dish is sure to take you back to your hamburger helper days and then you will suddenly realize why you don’t eat that stuff anymore. Served with Roasted Broccoli.
