The “Italian B.M.T.” sandwich at Subway was originally named after the Brooklyn-Manhattan Transit Corporation in New York City. Its name has evolved to unofficially stand for “Biggest, Meatiest, Tastiest.”. We are taking this historic sandwich and turning it into pizza. Ham, Capricola, pepperoni, salami with mozzarella cheese and brushed with herb olive oil.
