Italian Egg Bake with Sautéed Kale
An egg bake is a lot like a frittata, only thicker. It is usually jam-packed full of stuff like pepperoni, ham, spinach, green onions, roasted red bell peppers, and sun dried tomatoes. Then, add some fresh Italian herbs like basil, parsley, thyme, and oregano. We are serving ours with a side of sautéed kale and marinara sauce.
