Muffaletta
Muffulettas were first made by Italian immigrants in New Orleans. Lots of different versions exit, but they are most common as Italian meats, provolone cheese, and olive tapenade. It is our Paleo egg bun layered with Italian meats such as pepperoni, capicola, salami and prosciutto, and a little spread of Paleo provolone. Served with olive tapenade and Giriardiniera vegetables (These vegetables are so good they will knock the lips off a sock monkey!)
*The picture shows the Cuban Sandwich with Primal Pasta Salad from a past rotation. A muffuletta is a variation of this sandwich. We have added an olive tepanade and the Giriardiniera Vegetetables, both we think are improvements.
