Jamacian Jerk Pork Loin with Zucchinni and Fruit Salsa

Pork tenderloin rubbed down with our house jerk seasoning and roasted. Jerk seasoning typically contains pimentos and scotch bonnets, so this will be a spicy one. We’ll cool it down with some fresh pineapple salsa and serve it with zucchini fritters with Paleo feta and dill.
