Jamaican Jerk Sausage

Jamaican food tastes as colorful as its people and culture. We have added seasonings like nutmeg, allspice, jalapeno peppers, & cilantro to this sausage and then we are adding a sweet pineapple chutney. Served with lemon and herb roasted root vegetables. Eat this dish and it will have you singing Bob Marley songs!!
