Lemon Pepper Chicken with Celery Root Au Gratin
Everyone has that one dish that makes you remember things. Lemon pepper chicken was my first dish that I cooked as a a kid that I planned, and followed a recipe and it turned out well. Well I may have improved my skills since then, but I still do really like making this dish. Plus we have added something really special, Celery Root Au Gratin. Celery root has a a mild celery taste and has the same texture of a potato. It is one of the more expensive vegetables which is why this entrée is on the higher end, but I think you will really enjoy it.
