Local Pig Sausage

1/3 pound fresh Porcini, Thyme and Truffle sausages made by Chef Alex and his crew at The Local Pig. We are topping these with White wine and ground mustard sauce and serving with heaps of peppers and onions on the side and a charred tomato wedge.
