Machaca Con Huevos (Machaca with Eggs)
Machaca is a dish most commonly prepared with dried meat and is a staple in Mexico. Before refrigeration this was a common way to have meat in a meal, dry it first. For us, we are taking the Evolve Paleo Beef Jerky, shredding it and bringing in Farm fresh eggs, tomatoes, onions and scallions. Served with a side of Evolve salsa.
