Paleo Portobello Pizza
Just for the record you can spell portabella with two “a”s or two “o”s. The national mushroom council favors two “o”s but both are listed in the dictionary.
So try this on for size. Grab a portabella (or Portobello) mushroom (it’s the porterhouse steak of the fungus world), scrape out the insides until you have nothing left but mushroomy goodness. Now fill that hollow crevasse with a layer of sauce, turkey sausage, spinach, basil, Pablano peppers, onion, garlic and topped with a drizzle of olive oil. Served with a side of sautéed kale and red onions.
