Pineapple Coconut Bar

So, I know we just got done with lemon bars. But indulge me here. When we were doing lemon bars, we were thinking what about a pineapple bar! So here you go. We made the crust from almonds, pecans and dates. The filling is made with pineapple, lime juice, local honey and toasted coconut. Could this replace the lemon bar? Just maybe…
