Pineapple Upside Down Cake
One of my most beloved deserts. Also one of the first desserts I learned to make Paleo. Nothing like starting out with the hard ones. Paleo vanilla cake with fresh pineapple rings and a red cherry sauce. Why a cherry sauce? Well, if you put cherries inside the yellow cake, it will actually turn the cake blue. Weird huh?
