Pork Steak and Mushroom Gravy

Our meat company brought us out some sample of what is called “Prime Pork Steaks,” and let me tell you, we were all in a meat coma after eating these. They were one of the most flavorful pieces of pork, so juicy, and so amazing. We just had to share these with you. We’re serving a six-ounce cut of this amazing pork with a mushroom gravy, along with garlic lemon sautéed kale. A meal not to be missed.
