Prime Rib
Prime rib is our traditional Christmas meal, and we loved it so much, we decided to share it with you. We will take our prime rib to a medium, so if you want it more done than that, just put the provided au jus on it and cook it just a bit more. We think green beans goes well with this with horseradish sauce and au jus.
