Pulled Pork

I have been looking forward to this dish for a few weeks ever since we got our smoker. We are using pecan wood to smoke and I think this is going to rock. But try for yourself. We are using our own Paleo BBQ sauce for our smoked pork shoulder and served with a side of our tangy vinegar based coleslaw.
