Red Chorizo Burgers
Chorizo is a Mexican sausage made from dried smoked peppers. Evolve has on staff one of the best chorizo sausage makers in house. Red chorizo is pork made with Pablano peppers, cilantro and oregano, paprika and chili spice; topped with our own Evolve salsa and served with Roasted Parsnips. This is somewhat spicy.
