Red Chorizo Burgers with Green Chile Verde
Chorizo is a Mexican sausage made from dried smoked peppers. Evolve happens to have one of the best chorizo sausage makers in house. Red chorizo is pork made with Poblano peppers, cilantro, oregano, paprika, and chili spice. It’s topped with chile verde (a not-so-spicy green chili sauce) that will be awesome if you leave it cold. Served with roasted parsnips. The chorizo is somewhat spicy and the green sauce will be cooling.
