Reuben Sandwiches
Most people think the Reuben sandwich was made in Ireland or Germany or New York City. But the truth is that the Reuben was born in the quaint little city of Omaha, Nebraska (home to two future Evolve locations). A Lithuanian-born grocer came up with this concept in the early 1900’s. We enjoy this guy’s invention (even if it wasn’t him, we will give him credit), and turn it Paleo by taking corned beef (peppercorns, not grain corn), house-made thousand island dressing, sauerkraut, on our own Toasted Paleo bread, and we are adding color with sweet potato fries.
