Salisbury Steak

Salisbury Steak was invented by Dr J H Salisbury in the late 19th Century an early proponent of a low carbohydrate diet for weight loss. Interesting huh? Most Salisbury steak is generally made with just plain ground beef, and while we are using some super awesome ground beef, it will be way better than you remember. . It will still have the familiar onion and mushroom gravy and be served with roasted Cauliflower mash.
