Seafood Gumbo
Gumbo and Jambalaya are sometimes thought of as the same thing, but are actually quite different. Gumbo is a soup and has chili powder and okra, while Jambalaya is more commonly eaten with a fork and has more rice. We are doing a classic Gumbo soup with salmon, tuna, crab, chicken Andouille sausage, cauliflower rice, okra, onions, bell pepper, and Poblano peppers.
