Shish Ka Bobs
Grass fed cubed beef with bell peppers, onions and button mushrooms cubed and marinated in our Paleo French dressing overnight, then with a hot grill we grill them to a medium and put them a bed of Thomas Kellers’ Summer Vegetable Gratin.
