Shish Kabobs
Grass fed beef, cubed and marinated with bell peppers, onions and button mushrooms overnight in our Paleo French dressing. Placed over a hot grill, we cook them to medium and serve them over a bed of Thomas Kellers’ Summer Vegetable Gratin.
