Short Ribs with Roasted Green Beans

If you don’t know this about me already, Short Ribs are my favorite cut of beef. They are perfectly braised for that fall off the bone (they are served boneless) tender, velvety richness. We are serving them with a beef vegetable sauce and roasted green beans.
