Sirloin and Potatoes
Top Sirloin is a very popular item in steakhouses. However, you don’t have to go to a steakhouse just to have it. We are doing a 6 oz. top sirloin, prepared medium, and serving it with mashed cauliflower “potatoes.” We think green beans will go well with this, too. Double veggies? We call this a win-win.
