Spicy Tuna Cakes

Fresh albacore tuna and sweet potatoes make this tuna cakes unique and delicious. Served with sautéed kale and garlic, this is sure to please. I found this recipe in the Nom Nom Paleo book and loved it so much, we started doing it about a year ago. Three tuna cakes, Kale, what’s not to love? Oh and Siraricha Mayo.
