Strawberry Cheesecake

Back in the day, I thought there was no way we could ever make a cheesecake. And if you could make it, it wouldn’t taste right. I was wrong on so many levels, this is amazing. It now has become a staple here. We do mini cheesecakes made from cashews. WE are doing strawberry cheesecake, but have not yet decided whether it be strawberry sauce or strawberry chutney, either way it will come with a little mint and be amazing!. This is going to be great!
