Sweet Potato Bisque

Sweet potato bisque, a great soup that is rich and creamy with a hint of fall (even though I know we are going into spring). Think about sweet potatoes that have been creamed and pureed. A lot of people do this with white potatoes, but we think it adds another layer of flavor do treat sweet potatoes in the same way.
