Sweet Potato Shepard’s Pie
We’re putting a sweet lil twist on Shepard’s pie this week. We’re taking roasted leg of lamb, green beans, carrots, celery and onion, tossing them in a rich and delicious pan sauce and topping it with buttery sweet potatoes. We like to do things differently around here.
