White Turkey Chili

White chicken chili is said to have originated in the 1700s by a lovely little nun. But that may or may not be true. White chili is generally milder than “normal” chili is. Our white chili is made from Turkey with the major heat component coming from green chilies. Our white chili also has coconut milk, chicken stock, oregano, sage, white pepper and garlic. This is good break from the ordinary and who doesn’t need that?
