Yo Momma’s Banana Casserole

Say what?! Banana casserole? I know it sounds weird, but I just couldn’t think of what else to call it. But go with me here…A little ghee in the bottom of the pan, layered with sliced bananas, a spread of honey-almond butter, another layer of sliced bananas, all topped with organic chocolate chips. It sounds like a dessert casserole, so what else would you call it?
